He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, SCOR-P (Supply Chain Professional) and Design Thinking Facilitator. Facilitator is a qualified trainer with ACLP(ACTA) certification from IAL Singapore. With his 28 years of experience in running multiple factories across Asia, heading global business unit as World Wide Finance Controller, leading multiple supply chain & procurement organizations, consulting and coaching business heads across the region, the facilitator successfully applied negotiation techniques at various scenarios, settings & cultures that involved millions of dollars with positive negotiation outcome. Currently, he continues to apply his skills in negotiation as a business consultant & trainer across multiple industries in Singapore & in Asia. He also provides training & teaching in local universities in Singapore
