    With the emotional long-haul of global pandemic, many people are struggling with work from home (WFH), feeling burnout, have difficulties creating healthy boundaries and eventually affected their well-being. In addition, the global market and consumer trends evolve so quickly that corporations cannot afford to do business as usual, therefore many organisations are forced to restructure in order to survive and thrive in the market. Because of these major changes, many employees are experiencing heightened level of stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. The mental health and well-being of employees are crucial factors in an organization’s performance and success. The dynamics of employee well-being at work are pivotal for understanding the different components that affect their health, work behaviour and performance.

    Research has shown that our emotional awareness, our ability to understand and influence emotions so that we can relate and influence others effectively, brings positive outcomes to navigate challenges emanating from COVID-19. In addition, emotional awareness contributes to as much as 80% of our success and fulfilment at the workplace and in life. Emotional awareness can be cultivated through mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a foundational skill that underpins the inner growth, which eventually helps us build resilience in navigating these challenges.

    This program is equipped with science-based, practical, hands-on tips to enhance your employee’s well-being, thrive in times of uncertainty and cultivate new habits for resilience, sustainable performance and growth.
    Objective
    This program will empower you with both the science and practical tips to help you strengthen mental resilience, sustain well-being, manage stress, enhance productivity and build positive micro habits into our daily life and work. This program is based on scientific based research across Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness & Emotional Intelligence. It is a practical session that will incorporate experiential learning and activities to give participants a rich, enjoyable and deeper learning experience.

    • Understanding mental health and how to manage our stress for optimal performance
    • The importance of balance nutrition, regular exercise and sleep for our well-being
    • Understanding our energy cycle, and optimising it to help us be more productive, find flow and less stressed in the midst of super busy, ‘Always-On’ culture
    • Maintaining sustainable well-being practice by cultivating healthy habits that last

    Methodology
    The learning and content will be delivered via an interactive workshop led by a Well-being facilitator. This session will contain a series of experiential sharing and activities, presentation deck and reflective tasks.

    Ratna is a TEDx speaker, facilitator and trainer. She co-authored Book “Women Empowered: Personal Journeys to Become Empowered Women”. She hosts various events such as seminars, talks, Appreciation Night, Weddings, International Women’s Day. She also has strong Business acumen, as prior to this she worked for Training & Consulting firms, having been exposed into Account Management, Marketing, Planning, Event Management, Business Development, Career Coaching, Training and Facilitation, makes her a versatile facilitator. She has facilitated training for MNCs like Yokogawa, Grab, Visa, Paypal, SAP, Mediterranean Shipping Company, Singtel, Singapore Project Management Institute, CPA Australia, including educational institutions like Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Nanyang Girls School, to name a few.

Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, Ratna has lived in Singapore since 2006. Ratna has graduated with Bachelor in Business from University of London. She is also an ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) Facilitator and Certified Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) Facilitator.
