We are naturally social creatures, as we spend one-third of our lives at work, it’s important to have good relationships with colleagues and bosses, to make our jobs more enjoyable and at the same time maintain our well-being at work.
According to the research done by Gallup organization, people who have a good friend at work are seven times more likely to be happy and engaged in their jobs. What's more, good working relationships are linked to better customer engagement, productivity and increased profit.
