There’s a popular saying, in business particularly, which goes like this: "No one is indispensable." This means that you are not special; that you can be easily replaced by anyone we (somewhat carefully) pick off the street. As with most jobs nowadays, a career in any industry may undergo changes and the organization would be affected (in big or small ways). This "easy and instant replacement" mentality doesn’t feel right as the truth is, everyone is indispensable.
This program is designed to help working professionals prepare for changes in the workplace by identifying the global trends and changes impacting workplace, undertaking lifelong learning to adapt to changes for sustained employability in the new knowledge economy, and sharing knowledge and skills to enhance productivity and effectiveness in a diverse workplace.
