The facilitator is an accomplished Kaizen facilitator having facilitated more than 200 Kaizen events in large multinational companies as well as SMEs across multiple countries & multiple cultures. He brings to the workshop, his unique experience & insight into how to conduct successful Kaizen events.
The facilitator holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering & in Finance and a master’s in business administration. He is a certified Lean Master & a Kaizen facilitator, a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and Design Thinking Facilitator. He has 26 years of leadership level experience in large multi nationals across multiple industries in 5 countries & 3 continents. As Operations Lead responsible for 3 factories with 4500 people, Ramesh was responsible for improved productivity with USD 100 million financial benefits & increased employee morale & collaboration using Kaizen approach and empowered employees. Ramesh last held the position of Group Finance Controller for a global business unit with USD 500 million responsibility
