Lean Tools & Techniques for Productivity & Efficiency Improvement
There are more than 200 lean concepts, tools & techniques available and many new tools are added each year. It would be a challenge & confusing many times for managers / supervisors / Lean practitioners / company executives on how to start lean journey, what tools & techniques are appropriate for various situations in a fast-moving world of operations & services.
