This workshop combines experiential learning with guided reflections, interactive exercises and group exercises that allow participants to explore real-world applications in a safe and supportive environment. Through these interactive activities, participants practice emotional regulation techniques, enhance their adaptability, and explore resilience-building strategies tailored to workplace challenges arising from transitions. Additionally, Participants will receive a comprehensive resource guide, providing stress reduction techniques and tools for emotional resilience and boundary setting. These takeaway materials support ongoing learning and allow participants to practice and internalize strategies post-workshop.

She has collaborated with leading corporations such as P&G, SMRT, and Marina Bay Sands, as well as government authorities and local developers in the construction sector. These experiences have provided her with deep insights into various business models, industry landscapes, and strategic challenges.

In 2020, driven by her mission to support individuals navigating life’s challenging transitions, Eve founded Lumic Coaching, where she now serves as a grief coach. In addition to her academic training in psychotherapy and counselling, Eve holds certifications as an Associate Certified Coach with ICF and a Multi-Channel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI) Therapy Practitioner with Trauma Institute International.
