Profile of Ramesh Rao
Facilitator holds multiple degrees in Engineering, Finance & Supply Chain Management. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, SCOR-P (Supply Chain Professional) and Design Thinking Facilitator. Facilitator is a qualified trainer with ACLP(ACTA) certification from IAL Singapore. During his 28 years of experience as global operations leader as well as global finance controller responsible for multiple factories and business units at P&L level, the facilitator successfully applied lean inventory framework and management across multiple industries and supply chains and translating these efforts into significant positive cashflow situations for global MNCs. Currently, he continues to apply his skills in warehouse management as a business consultant & trainer across multiple industries in Singapore & in Asia.
