Ramesh last held corporate responsibility as CFO for global A&T business unit with responsibility across 7 countries and USD 1.4 billion revenue for a US MNC listed on Dow Jones. Prior to that Ramesh held responsibility of Regional operational leadership for multiple factories in Asia. Currently Ramesh runs a specialized consultancy focusing on start-ups, company turnarounds & transformations, performance excellence & profit management. In the last 10 years, Ramesh has provided consulting, training & facilitation to clients in industries that include Manufacturing, Banking, F&B, Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, R&D, Government sectors, Educational institutes, Non-profit organizations and more. Both during his corporate as well as in consulting & training career, Ramesh has extensively applied, trained, coached, and mentored teams across Asia, Europe & USA in applying Agile Project Management & Agile leadership framework across both IT & Non-IT sectors successfully where clients have achieved significant positive financial results & enhanced customer satisfaction.
