    Secrets of Effective Business Communication and Writing Skills
    In this workshop, you will learn how to communicate effectively using memos, how to draft minutes effectively and speedily, how to craft emails that are succinct and impactful, and how to draft formal corporate letters. This is a hands-on workshop on written communication skills suitable for young professionals, secretaries and administrative personnel.
